Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Engagement:
  Develop and implement outreach strategies that align with club goals and meet local community needs.

• Program Development:
  Create initiatives that address community priorities and build public awareness around the club’s work.

• Relationship Building:
  Connect with residents, local leaders, nonprofits, businesses, and other stakeholders to grow support and collaboration.

• Event Participation:
  Coordinate and attend community events, public forums, town halls, and fundraisers.

• Volunteer Management:
  Support and organize volunteers involved in outreach programming.

• Evaluation & Reporting:
  Assess outreach effectiveness and prepare reports for the board and leadership team.

• Budget Oversight:
  Help manage outreach budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all outreach activities meet local, state, and federal requirements.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with other club committees to unify messaging and engagement goals.
